At Get It In Apparel, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Estimated delivery for international orders is 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Get It In Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@getitinapparel.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@getitinapparel.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.

NIL & Limited Drop Orders

Limited-edition NIL athlete collections may have extended processing times of up to 5 business days due to high demand. These timelines will be communicated on the product page at time of purchase.
