Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@getitinapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Eligible Items

• Full-price items in original, unworn condition
• Items with original tags attached
• Items free from odor, stains, or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or clearance items
• Limited-edition NIL athlete drops (unless defective)
• Items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
• Gift cards

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges on eligible items subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at support@getitinapparel.com within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
